Potty Talk

I laugh at most things that come out of River's mouth lately.  Lately his favourite game that he finds absolutely HILARIOUS is taking turns making up nicknames for each other.  Chris will call him "Tim" or "Bob" and he can't contain himself at how funny that is.  And he makes up fake words like "bumbut" or something and then it always turns into mishmashing body part words together to make a name.  "Elbowface" hysterics.  Footnose. Fall off the chair.  Eyetoe... it ends in us saying ok games over because it just doesn't get old to him.  Well that's just an example.  and totally besides the point.  Today is just one cute example of the bathroom humour around here.  Chris has taught River that big poops are called "dropping a bomb".... So when its just me in there some days he tells me "mom, i dropped a great big bomb" hysterics..... everything seems hilarious to an almost 3 year old.  Today River hollers for me to come upstairs and wipe his bum... As im walking up to help him I hear. "Mom, I had 2 poops. A mommy poop. and a baby poop.  Come see. Aren't they Cute?" I told him poops aren't cute.  He said.. "Yes they are silly" (which he pronounces "Si-dee") how do you argue with that.  I burst out laughing... which makes the whole experience hilarious to him.  Seeing us laugh makes everything even more funny.  A full circle of laughing days around here. :)
